    Students must be 5 before Sept. 1

    Must have all required documents to enroll

    Open Tues-Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

     

    ONLINE ENROLLMENT

    After submitting the online enrollment form, you will be contacted by email when it is accepted, telling you when your child can start school.

     

     
    Documents needed for Kindergarten enrollment:

    • Birth Certificate
    • Social Security Card
    • Immunization Record (3231)
    • Eye, Ear, Dental (3300)
    • Proof of Resident (Utility Bill or Notarized Residency Affidavit)
    • Driver Licenses or Picture ID of Parent/Guardian
    • Custody papers if applicable.

    Documents needed if transferring from another school system:

    • Birth Certificate
    • Social Security Card
    • Proof of Resident (Utility Bill or Notarized Residency Affidavit)
    • Driver Licenses or Picture ID of Parent/Guardian
    • Custody papers if applicable
    A resident affidavit is required to be attached if your proof of residence is NOT in your name.
